Hey there

I would like to understand/hear the so known definition of "balance" on the nlservernl for admins.
The admins behave diffrent in case it's necessary to balance, like to hear if there's a regular/necessary thing
for 'em to follow.
In case it wont be the right defintion for me, I see myself forced to invent a new word, which means I which to have some more good players/preference skill in my team.

As an admin i will try to tell you what i think is the problem.

Because most of the THC members only have the normal admin pass and not the super admin pass we can not switch players to different team for such an action you have to be a super admin normal admins can only use the balance button in the admin panel. So i think its not that the admins don't understand what you mean with balance but they just can't do anything about it. And also i see that there is a huge difference in skills of the players that play in our server and that a lot of good players play often against a weak team wich is not a good thing i think. so i hope i gave you a god answer and see you on the server.

Some1 understood my complain at 1.sight.
The most important problem (I belive) which is appearing because of the unbalance
is that vip is getting killed by ...."less skilled" players and they r getting kicked/forced for senceless reason.

The server gives punishments for vip kills and team nades admins are not supposed to do anything about it. The only thing we can do is kicking players if they break the rules to often and if they still come back and do it again we can ban them.

Ohago please stop wasting our time with your questions.
You know exactly what balance means so why you start this topic?
The last time in the server we has to mute you again with all your stupid talk.
Next time i give you a ban for 1 month because i am done with you.

Now i understand your point, you are talking about Powerbalance.
We are allowing it from now and give all admins rights to change players to the other team.

This is ridiculous

The problem lies with the players here.

1. They unbalance because some are children who cant stand losing.

2. Experienced players who dont take own initiative and switch sides to losing team.


Powerbalance just feels shitty when admins apply it, but if players dont do it, admins should.

It is just something we try.
We use different ways and things to make as much people happy on our servers as we can.
If something dont work we let it go if it works it stay.

Switching individual players to another team should not even be needed. What we want is a balanced server, and by using the 'balanceteams' admin command the server will pick a player or players and make sure the teams are balanced.

If people keep unbalanceing just lock the teams.
