That is the sign of young age or uneducated person. How he will communicate with other members... I understand Spanish, but cannot speak it on the server... | |

| Hey Simba,
I accepted him.
He is not under age, actually he is 33 year old police officer in Spain.
I know his english is not very good but he try to speak it much as he can.
If somebody dont use his skin dont ban him.
It is a rule but no reason to ban someone.

I don' know how things are going in there, in Estonia, but in my country after Soviet Russia's fall children in school are studying 3 languages - Main language - armenian, Secondary - russian, and they can chose the third language from German, French or English, BUT they will not study that language as deep as they will do with russian! So more then 70% of armenians don' know english on understandable level! | |
